How do I use Periodica?
Browse the interactive periodic table on the main screen, or switch to the Elements list. Tap any element to open its detail page, where you can rotate a 3D atomic model and explore electron shells, physical properties, isotopes, and common compounds.
What is Pro, and what does it unlock?
Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks the full chemistry experience: animated electron shell models, electron configuration diagrams, isotopes with natural abundance, and common compounds for every element. Buy once, keep forever.
Does the app need an internet connection?
Most of the app works fully offline. An internet connection is only used to download element illustrations (atomic models and spectra) from public educational sources the first time you view them; they are then cached on your device. No personal data is ever uploaded.
Which languages are supported?
English and Simplified Chinese. The app follows your system language automatically.
Which devices are supported?
Periodica runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 17.0 or later.
