Periodica ("the app") respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles information.
We do not collect your data
Periodica does not collect, store, or upload any personal information or usage data. There is no account, no sign-in, and no tracking. Your settings (such as theme and language) are stored only on your device.
Internet access
The app connects to the internet solely to download element illustrations — such as atomic-model images and emission spectra — from public educational sources (including Wikipedia and Google Cloud Storage). These are outbound, read-only requests for public images. The images are cached on your device so they remain available offline after the first load. No personal data is sent with these requests, and nothing about you is uploaded.
Third-party services
The app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
In-app purchase
Periodica offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock Pro features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; the app does not receive or store your payment information.
Data security
Because the app does not collect any data, your information stays on your own device, protected by iOS security mechanisms.
Children's privacy
The app does not collect any information from children under 13.
